Shareholder of InterSearch Ltd. since 2000 as well
as Director on the Board between 2002 and 2005, Frank
was re-appointed Finance and Administration Director
of InterSearch Worldwide in April 2008.
He made his career as a founding partner in the company
Schelstraete & Desmedt, which he co-set up in 1990,
after a previous experience in human resources at Van
Ram Associates. Within Schelstraete & Desmedt his
prime responsibility is in executive search and managerial
consultancy on Board and CEO level, besides running
and coaching a team of 20 employees.
Frank holds a Master degree in Psychology and Educational
Sciences at the University of Ghent, with postgraduate
studies specializing in Psychoanalysis.
Today he is Professor Human Resources Management at
the Hogeschool Gent as well as former Director of the
SMAK (Museum of Modern Arts) in Ghent. Besides Dutch
he speaks English and French and understands German.
